Users can "favourite" information within the informations menu, this information is then available to utilise from the star within the green toolbar, this is used in a number of places within the services. When clicked it returns a selectable list of items.
Recently visited is a history of created or viewed information and is accessible through the clock icon within the green toolbar menu, used in a number of places within the service. It returns a list of selectable items, to create information relationships or embedded existing information.

Information creator receives a notification about the additional tagging request, they can validate it and set access settings before notification being forwarded to newly tagged user.
Newly tagged user receives a notification and access to the information and is able to edit information based on access settings.
Use GARNET Collaboration Cloud groups to centralise user access to information and access settings.
Group favourites are displayed based on individual users personal and groups access settings. Users can add any information to a specific groups favourites. Group favourites allows multiple people to control access to specific information from within a single group this creates faster lookups when create information relationships.
Applying a group favourites to another group's favourites for quick lookup takes just three clicks.
Group Subscriptions allow users to receive information applied to a group to be pushed to their feeds for a specific period of time. Information is filtered based on Apps used to create the information. If the user are already tagged within the information, their personal tagging takes precendence.

Account deactivation is caused by three incorrect attempts to login on a registered Email address without a successful login between attempts. A "Forgot Password" request will also cause an account to be deactivated.
